We currently have openings for the following age groups for the 2008/2009 school year:
Kindergarten (must be 5 by Sept. 1). T/Th 3 year-old class (must be 3 by Sept. 1). Pre-k (must be 5 by Oct. 31).
Please call the day school office for more information.
**To print enrollment forms, select FORMS/HANDOUTS link and print the Green and White enrollment forms.

| Summer Camp |

| The dates for our Summer Camp will be:
June 23-27 Let's Get Buggy;
July 21-25 Slice of Summer;
Summer camp is availble for children who are 3 by 9/1/2008. 3 & 4 year olds will attend on M/W/F and 5 - 7 year olds attend Monday - Friday. Hours are 9:30 to 1:30. You may pick up a registration packet from the day school office or print the letter and registration form from the website (select FORMS/HANDOUTS link to view/print the letter and registration forms). |

Faith Lutheran Church seeks to ensure a healthy, safe, and sacred environment for all children, youth and adults. Adults working with children or youth must complete a consent form giving Faith permission to perform a criminal background check.
