Day School Introduction
Faith's fully accredited program serves children
ages 18 months - Kindergarten. Class hours are Mon - Fri 9:30
a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Kindergarten has an optional full day
until 3:00 pm.

Enrollment Forms
Enrollment takes place during February for the following Fall enrollment
year. If February enrollment has passed, please complete the waiting list form (see link above). We will contact you and let you know if we
have current openings. If not, we will put you on the waiting
list so you can be notified when an opening comes
available.
If we have contacted you with an opening for your child, the next step is to complete the paper work. The registration forms are available in the Day School Office, or you can print the forms from here and mail them to the school. Please complete the following forms: the "Green Enrollment Form" completed (both pages) along with the registration and supply fee. By the 1st day of school we need the "White Enrollment Form" filled out completely and have a copy of your child's current immunization records.
