The way we do ministry needs to be effective, timely, meet diverse needs, and allow individuals to efficiently utilize their skills and talents in becoming disciples in ministry. Ministry needs arise quickly and need to be quickly responded to.
All ministry needs of the congregation are accomplished through ministry teams, small groups, task forces, and temporary ministry teams that can be quickly established, easily modified as needed, flexible to fulfill unique and diverse ministry needs, and disbanded when the ministry is no longer needed.
