Faith Governance Model - Discipleship through Ministry

Standing Ministry Teams (blue) are established by the Constitution and are responsible directly to the Council, lead by an appointed Council member. To provide flexibility of meeting the ministry needs of the congregation, other ministry teams (tan) may be established as needed by the Council or staff under the advocacy or responsibility of the Senior Pastor, Associate Pastor, Staff, or a Volunteer Ministry Team Leader.
